Tracy Willis, Founder of Precision Processes, has 33 years of manufacturing experience in the chemical, aerospace, and pulp and paper sectors. He has held several domestic and global manufacturing leadership positions. He holds a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, along with certifications in several other improvement methodologies. He has led several successful continuous improvement transformations in several Fortune 500 companies and smaller companies. He holds BS and Meng degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Louisville.
